Sentri is a books health monitoring tool that connects to your QuickBooks Online account via OAuth 2.0 and displays reconciliation health data. This policy explains what data we access, how we use it, and your rights as a user.

Your session data (OAuth tokens and Realm ID) expires when you disconnect from Sentri or your session ends. We do not maintain a persistent record of your QuickBooks data.

7. Security

Sentri uses OAuth 2.0 to access your QuickBooks data. We never see or store your QuickBooks username or password. Access tokens are stored in server-side sessions and are scoped only to the permissions you granted during authorization.

8. Your Rights

You may disconnect Sentri from your QuickBooks account at any time by clicking "Disconnect" within the app. You may also revoke access directly from your QuickBooks account settings under connected apps. Disconnecting immediately terminates our ability to access your data.

9. Children's Privacy

Sentri is not directed to individuals under the age of 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date above. Continued use of Sentri after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
